Q. Do I have to take my car where the insurance company tells me?
A. Definitely not, the consumer has the right to take their vehicle to any panel beater of their choosing.
Q. How long will my vehicle take to repair?
A. Usually we can have the car repairs completed within the same week, but this also depends on the size of the job, parts availability and the work involved.
Q. My vehicle is not drivable, how do I get it to you for repair?
A. We are able to organise a tow truck to pick up your vehicle and bring it to us once the repairs are approved. If it is an insurance claim, the cost will be covered.
